June 7, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #54 Title ACCEPTANCE OF FACILITIES SERVICES PROJECT(S) COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTORS Description The substantial completion dates, original and final contract amounts are summarized on the enclosure for ease of review.  All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor.  The Director of Facilities Services has determined that the projects are complete in accordance with the state statutes. Recommendation That the cited Facilities Services projects be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractors be approved as presented.
